Built as a modular system
Today, the system is most commonly used to track individual tools and equipment items: QR label, handover/check-out and movement history.
The architecture is designed so you can gradually extend it to materials, containers/packaging and a location hierarchy — without switching platforms.
1) Item tracking (tools/equipment)
COREWho has the item, where it is, when it moved and full history. Suitable for field teams, vehicles, warehouse or service.
2) Consumables tracking
MODULEQuantities by location, consumption and transfers between warehouse, projects and teams. Useful for screws, fasteners and other consumables.
3) Container & packaging tracking
MODULECirculation of boxes, canisters, drums or other packaging across locations and users. Accountability, status and history.
4) Location hierarchy
MODULEMore precise locations (e.g. warehouse → zone → shelf, or project → site → floor). Better overview, less “searching by gut feeling”. Since most users don't need this, it isn't enabled by default — we add it on demand.
5) Attendance tracking for field teams
COMING SOONCheck-in and check-out by location, hours by project and team. This module is currently in development.
